The purpose of the Head of Marketing for the Companion Animals segment is to drive the strategic direction and growth of the company's products aimed at companion animals. This role is essential for:

Market Positioning.

Product Innovation

Revenue Growth

Customer Engagement.

Team Leadership.

Data-Driven Decisions.

Overall, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that the company can achieve its business objectives while contributing positively to the health and well-being of companion animals.Planeación Estratégica. Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de marketing para el segmento de Animales de Compañía.

Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias y percepciones del consumidor.

Desarrollo y Gestión de Productos. Colaborar con I+D (Investigación y Desarrollo) en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la gestión de su ciclo de vida. Asegurar que el posicionamiento del producto se alinee con las necesidades del mercado.

Gestión de Marca. Construir y mantener el valor de la marca a través de campañas e iniciativas de marketing. Supervisar el desarrollo de materiales de branding.

Colaboración con Ventas. Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar herramientas de marketing y capacitación.

Aportar información del mercado para fundamentar las estrategias de ventas.

Gestión de Presupuesto. Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto de marketing para el segmento. Asignar los recursos de manera eficaz para maximizar el ROI.

Liderazgo de Equipo. Liderar y guiar al equipo de marketing, fomentando una cultura de creatividad y responsabilidad. Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y desarrollo profesional.

Strategic Planning.

Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Companion Animals segment. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights.

Product Development and Management.

Collaborate with R&D on new product development and lifecycle management.

Ensure product positioning aligns with market needs.

Brand Management.

Build and maintain brand equity through marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Oversee the development of branding materials.

Sales Collaboration.

Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools and training.

Provide market insights to inform sales strategies.

Budget Management.

Develop and manage the marketing budget for the segment. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Conduct performance evaluations and professional development.
