Specialist Factoring with English language skills.

Job Summary:

The Factoring Specialist is responsible for processing and monitoring factoring agreements. This includes reviewing customer receivables, communicating with customers and factoring companies, monitoring incoming payments, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal regulations.

Main Tasks:

• Customer Support: Building and maintaining relationships with customers who use factoring services. Answering questions and resolving issues related to factoring agreements.
• Receivables Review: Reviewing and evaluating customer receivables for creditworthiness and factoring eligibility.
• Communication with Factoring Companies: Close collaboration with factoring companies to negotiate factoring agreements, submit receivables, and process payments.
• Monitoring Incoming Payments: Monitoring incoming payments to factoring accounts and tracking overdue receivables.
• Reporting: Creating regular reports on factoring activities, including receivables balances, incoming payments, and risk assessments.
• Compliance with Guidelines and Laws: Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and relevant laws and regulations in the field of factoring.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Experience in factoring, credit management, or financial accounting, knowledge of specific factoring software solutions is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of evaluating customer receivables and dealing with factoring companies.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and SAP FI.
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and reliability.
• Additional language skills, especially English.
