Overview As an Implementation Consultant, you will help our airline clients to implement our software, and to get the most value out of it during active usage. You will work with clients on requirements gathering and analysis as well as hands-on software configuration, testing, end user training, and support. Using extensive product knowledge and good communication and relationship-building skills, you will provide white-glove service, establishing trust and credibility quickly and acting as an advisor throughout the client’s use of the software.
