The Role
We are looking for a motivated HubSpot Administrator to join our GTM team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the HubSpot environment, responsible for translating sales leadership’s vision into functional workflows and intuitive interfaces.
You will work in close lockstep with our LCM Team to ensure that the data pipelines they build are effectively surfaced for our sales team. Your goal is to reduce rep friction, accelerate deal velocity, and maintain a pristine CRM environment that mirrors our broader GTM strategy.
Responsibilities
- CRM Governance & UX: Act as the primary admin for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring the platform is configured to support a high-volume inbound lead engine and a growing "Group Sales" motion.
- Lifecycle Partnership: Collaborate weekly with the LCM Team to ensure marketing-generated leads and product signals are accurately tracked through the HubSpot lifecycle.
- Workflow & Sequence Automation: Design and optimize automated sales sequences and internal notifications to improve lead response time and conversion.
- Lead Scoring & Routing: Architect and build advanced lead scoring and lead routing logic to ensure the right reps are matched with the right leads at the right time.
- Sales Ops Collaboration: Work together with Sales Ops to enable and build customized reporting that provides actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
- Outbound & Upsell Motion: Lead the technical implementation and optimization of a new outbound sales motion and upsell strategies.
- Field-Level Insights: Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales activity and pipeline health, providing the "feedback loop" that helps Marketing audit top-of-funnel performance.
- Standardization: Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes to ensure 100% confidence in sales numbers and attribution metrics.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HubSpot Administration: Proven track record of managing HubSpot at scale, specifically within a B2B SaaS or PLG environment.
- Outbound Motion Building: Demonstrated experience building and scaling outbound and upsell motions from the ground up.
- Scoring & Routing Architect: Deep experience building and managing lead scoring models and complex lead routing architectures.
- Platform Power User: Deep expertise in HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and complex revenue reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working with technical Martech and Sales Ops teams to translate data requirements into rep-facing CRM features and reports.
- Enablement Mindset: You enjoy training sales teams and simplifying complex technical processes into easy-to-follow sales workflows.
- Inbound Velocity Specialist: Experience managing high-volume lead flows and ensuring no lead is left behind due to technical friction.
