Job description

Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with facilitating HR processes, programs and initiatives in the areas of onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, reporting and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with the recruitment process including postings jobs, scheduling interviews, updating candidate and requisition activity utilizing Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
  • Facilitate onboarding including preparing and processing new hire checklists, IT tickets, HR documents and orientation materials.
  • Create and maintain HR reports utilizing Paylocity including headcount, hiring and performance management reports.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, compile surveys, and manage recordings in Paylocity.
  • Assist with planning and execution of health and wellness benefits as well as other employee programs.
  • Manage and maintain electronic employee files, organizational charts, and other HR materials.
  • Schedule and maintain summer intern programming calendar.
  • Assist with payroll and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years' experience working within an HR team preferred.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills.
  • Prior experience with HR systems and strong technical aptitude.
  • Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
