Who We Want The Associate Claims Examiner is an entry-level position focused on building foundational skills in cargo claims management. This role involves processing claims from initiation to resolution, handling basic financial transactions, and developing an understanding of claims requirements for values up to $100,000, all under the guidance of a Claims Lead. The Associate Claims Examiner will professionally communicate with external parties and collaborate with internal teams, while also developing a basic grasp of the transportation industry and business acumen. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow into a Claims Examiner role by demonstrating core competencies in claims processing, financial handling, and communication. Once the following responsibilities are mastered and can be done independently, you will have the opportunity to move up into a Claims Examiner role.
