Job description
- Responsibility for regional indicators and preparation of a quarterly plan
- Formation of project goals in terms of CRM in the long term
- Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/ campaigns;
- User segmentation; - Implement new chains and optimize the current ones;
- Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, operations team;
- Grow CRM and Retention metrics;
- Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs;
- Prepare work results reports
- 2-3+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Experience in building communication flows using various communication channels.
- Proactive & Initiative: You take charge and are ready to lead projects to successful completion
- Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics and KPIs, leveraging data for insights
- Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with various teams and clients, crafting clear and compelling messages
- Customer Understanding: You deeply analyze customer needs and behavior to develop personalized offerings
