Job description

  • Responsibility for regional indicators and preparation of a quarterly plan

  • Formation of project goals in terms of CRM in the long term
  • Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/ campaigns;
  • User segmentation; - Implement new chains and optimize the current ones;
  • Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, operations team; 

  • Grow CRM and Retention metrics;
  • Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs;
  • Prepare work results reports

 

  • 2-3+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in building communication flows using various communication channels.
  • Proactive & Initiative: You take charge and are ready to lead projects to successful completion
  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics and KPIs, leveraging data for insights
  • Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with various teams and clients, crafting clear and compelling messages
  • Customer Understanding: You deeply analyze customer needs and behavior to develop personalized offerings
  • Creative Problem Solver: You find innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Adaptable: You quickly respond to market changes and are ready for new challenges
  • Market Analyst: You research trends and competitors to refine CRM strategies and products
  • English: Intermediate or higher
