Integration lead - MES

Job Title: Integration lead Work location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Duration: 6 months+ extendable. Work experience: 4-10 years Skills: Integration of MES with controls layer - historian, weigh scales, scanners etc Integration with ERP MES - Rockwell FTPS

Responsibilities:

• Perform existing software/hardware assessment
• Identify and perform all the technical activities related to MES deployment ( pre-requisite, cut-over and post go-live)
• Assess, implement and validate integration of MES with SAP and scales
• Support execution of IQ , OQ, PQ
• Troubleshoot and defects resolution during validation related to integration
• Support creation and/or updating of System/Validation documents including but not limited to RS (requirement specifications, Design Specification, Validation Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix in document management system, IQ, OQ, PQ
• Assist Project Manager with defining technical activities in creating project plan
• Lead and guide Validation Lead and Test engineer and provide guidance on technical issues
• Troubleshoot post go-live issue
