Job description
- Global reporting
- Coordination and follow-up on the timesheets of employees.
- Closure of employees accounts after their departure from the company.
- Extraction of Data from our internal tracking system, and production of reports.
- Recording and filing
- Timecards recording
- Recording of internal training material
- Recording of employee files
- Administrative follow-up
- End of probation period & Regularization
- End of contract
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR or Admin assistant in an international company
- Strong consistency and attention to detail
- Correct level of English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Ability to function in a global team environment
- Open to multicultural work environment
Nice to have:
- Good Knowledge of Excel
