Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives across Snke. As a senior member of the Marketing team, you will take ownership of complex, multi-channel campaigns and act as a key driver of marketing excellence — setting standards and ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, on brand, and on budget. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Regional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable marketing programs and lead cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Launch Leadership - Lead the end-to-end execution of complex marketing and launch campaigns — from strategy and briefing through production, delivery, and post-campaign analysis. Own project schedules, define milestones, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across the campaign lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management - Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Regional teams. Drive alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and translate high-level strategic requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Agency & Vendor Management - Own relationships with external agencies and service providers across creative, digital, and event disciplines. Negotiate contracts, ensure delivery against scope and quality standards, and optimize spend across the project budget.
  • Brand Governance & Quality Assurance - Take ownership of brand consistency and quality across all campaign assets and touchpoints. Define and enforce review and approval workflows, ensuring all materials meet brand, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Process Leadership & Reporting - Drive the development and optimization of marketing project management processes and standards across the team. Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations to the Management.
  • Experience in marketing project management, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or B2B technology
  • Proven track record of independently leading complex, multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end — including product launches, digital campaigns, trade shows, and content production
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
  • Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong command of brand governance and the ability to enforce consistency and quality across all touchpoints
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus
  • A strategic, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence
  • A supportive, international team connected by shared values and a culture of trust
  • Meaningful responsibilities with a lasting impact on global healthtech, improving medical decisions and patient outcomes
  • 30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31st
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model within Germany
  • Bike leasing via our partner “BikeLeasing”
  • Parking garage and secure underground bike storage
  • Subsidized company restaurant and in‑house café
  • Urban Sports Club membership with employer contribution
  • Regular after‑work, team, and company events
  • Centrally located, modern workspace with a 212 m² rooftop terrace
