Job description

Responsible for handling the reception, which includes attending phone calls, General upkeep of reception area, Good interpersonsonal Skill, Good communication skill,

Responsible for handling Domestic and Overseas

Travel Booking, Hotel booking, Transfer and Food management including Processing documents and bills.

Previous experience must Responsible for management of Stationery

Supermarket including replenishment and Subscriptoin Management and handling Fax role and Copy Papers.

Good experience in all administration activities Responsible for 6s Standard Maintenance of Reception, Supermarket area and implement safety practices.

Handling all calls and greeting the guest and accompanying them to the concerned department / person.  Carry personally well General upkeep of reception Area.

Keep lobby in tip top condition. Guests, visitors,interviewees are welcomed and handled in a correct manner.  Manage travel desk including air ticket booking for overseas & domestic travel  and also arrange Bus /Train ticket for domestic travel. 

Co ordinate to manage and negotiate, Hotel Booking , Conference hall booking and Food management and Transfer. 

Experience of working with Overseas Colleages and Overseas Customers.

Responsible for management of Stationery Supermarket including timely replenishment and  availability of stock.

Support in Document Management of for Admin Department.

Drive for continous improvement in respective areas

Should be willing to take more responsibilities

Administrative Skill Min: 3Yrs  in handling reception Skill Sets & Competencies :

1 Should have good computer skillsand telephone techniques

2 Should be smart and pro-active in work and be a good team player.

3 Should have good convincing and communication skill

4 Should have good customer service skills

5 Should have high sense of urgency and Energy

6 Knowledge of EMS & OHSMS

1)Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard and its requirements.

  • Knowledge of chemical & handling & safety; emergency preparedness to handle spillage of chemicals & waste

.3)Knowledge of applicable legal requirements related to EMS & OHSMS.

4)Internal auditing for EMS & OHSMS when called for.

PUC / Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline & Basic Computer Knowledge
