Management Trainee

Ø  Involve in project/Requirement discussions with team leads and analyze system changes.

Ø  Prepare technical design, development & support testing.

Ø  Track schedules and provide a status report to Manager.

Skills Required

Ø  Should familiar with IBM AS/400 application programming using CLP, COBOL/400, ILE RPG/400, and DB2/400.

Ø  Strong analytical/programming skills

Ø  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ø  Exposure to Life Insurance would be an added advantage.

Ø  Having experience in COBOL/400/RPG 400 will have advantage
