Entry level account customer service representatives are responsible for the following:

Meeting daily with various consumers to present them with services our Fortune 500 clients

can provide.

Assisting in the daily operation of a promotional marketing firm
Developing and implementing original training techniques to achieve internal goals.
Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team

environment.

Initially we train people on the above fundamentals of branding, marketing and sales, but we

further train the right candidates for management.

Our goal is to promote and maintain a positive, fun and professional atmosphere while

developing the leadership qualities in our marketing managers.
