Role: Oracle DBA

Location: Warren, NJ

Interview Type: F2F after Telephonic

 

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Shell scripting
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL experience,
• Ability to Analyze Query plans, Trace files etc.
• Troubleshooting Performance / Scalability issues including SQL tuning
• Experience with Oracle utilities
• Knowledge of UNIX / Linux server OS

 

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs. of experience as Database Administrator in Oracle product space
• Technical competency in support of Oracle Databases 9iR2, 10g & 11g

• Expertise in database tuning, partitioning, design database Indexes for high performance
• Hands on expertise in Cloning requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to audience of multiple levels of knowledge.
• Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving 
• Must be willing to be available on-call as and when needed
