Business System Analyst

Review impacted business processes and work with business stakeholders to identify and make business process improvements that result in cost savings, higher quality, increased efficiencies, lower risk, and shorter cycle timesSr. Business Systems Analyst responsibilities include generating high level, detailed system requirements, developing epics / stories for Agile software development, and creating / grooming backlogs related to projects in collaboration with the product owner. Additional duties include articulating and documenting user system requirements, proactively collaborating with product owners to ensure successful implementations align with business processes and conducting joint application design sessions. Duties also include developing and interpreting data flow diagrams and making recommendations concerning screen flows, process flow and reporting needs.
