MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, or other related field
• Experience in the development of information technology or business rule policies and procedures including: o Gap Analysis, o Identify processes for improvement, o Process documentation, o Design and develop new processes and performance measures, and o Transition planning for new processes.
• Experience in process engineering and standards management
• Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 sites
• Previous lead experience in an Enterprise environment
• Knowledge of the ideologies, techniques and tools for quality assurance and control
• Excellent communication MUST HAVE:
