THE ROLE

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support day‑to‑day operations across the North American Supply Chain for both the U.S. and Canada. This role leads comprehensive data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence for the North American Supply Chain team. The Analyst contributes specialized technical and analytical expertise to produce actionable business insights, improve supply chain performance, and support ongoing growth initiatives.  The role will be a mix of steady state activities while also being involved in the evolution of the Circle K Supply Chain through project management, pilot and proof of concept programs, and the validation/deployment of forward-facing tech solutioning. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  

  • Act as the dedicated data and analytics subject matter expert for the North American Supply Chain team
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that are utilized regularly within the organization
  • Write and validate SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze data
  • Work with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or any other platform to support large‑scale, item‑level and historical analysis
  • Contribute to AI‑enabled analytics efforts (Databricks Genie or similar tools) to reduce manual analysis and speed up insights
  • Assist with Circle K Supply Chain greenfield modeling – distribution centers, commissaries, consolidation centers, transportation optimization, etc.
  • Work cross functionally internally with merchandising, business units, finance and operations.  Work cross functionally externally with distributors, 3PL providers, distribution centers, suppliers, etc.
  • Support key category growth merchandising initiatives for Food and Private Brands through reporting, analysis, and data insights
  • Identify process gaps and raising potential improvement opportunities to Supply Chain leadership

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Other combinations of career/job-related experience and/or education may be substituted
  • One to three years of experience in supply chain, data analytics, reporting, and/or business intelligence 
  • Strong Power BI experience or with a similar BI/data visualization platform like Tableau
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills to manage large and fragmented data sets
  • Cloud platform experience within a Microsoft stack organization (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Experience with setting up and integrating EDI, API, FTP or other data interchange pathways
  • Entry to mid-level understanding of supply chain and supporting metrics/KPIs
  • Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and addressing moderately complex issues
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills, possess the ability to influence others, and be data driven in everyday decision making
  • An entrepreneurial spirit interested and experienced in overhauling/building out functionalities from scratch
  • Willing and able to travel (10-15%) within North America
  • Based in or near the Charlotte metro area – role reports on site at the Charlotte office
