What You’ll Do:
- Partner with non-technology hiring team to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for niche and leadership roles across all markets.
- Source talent from various channels including coding communities and tech forums.
- Conduct deep non-technical and functional screenings across modern technology skill stack.
- Conduct deep assessment across these technical and functional skills.
- Deliver market insights on compensation, talent trends, and competitor moves.
- Track and optimize hiring metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline diversity.
- 4–10 years of non-technical and technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in engineering lingo and modern development practices.
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and ATS/CRM tools.
- A data-driven mindset and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships.
