Assist patients with personal hygiene, exercise, dressing and other daily tasks (in compliance with agency policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations)
Take vitals and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner
Provide patient with nutritional support by preparing meals when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Current 75-Hour Home Health Aide Certification
Two years of experience in home health care
Training by an accredited vocational school or hospital; or currently enrolled in an accredited School of nursing with 6 months clinical experience
Current CPR Certification
