Job description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to dental patients who have pending future appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments at the dental offices.
- Attend to inbound calls from patients, as well as third parties who are trying to get in touch with the Corporate staff for business purposes
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to all patient concerns like rescheduling appointments, handling complaints and endorsing other patient issues to the responsible party
- Provide as and when administrative support to Marketing staff
1. High school diploma
2. At least 1 year experience in a dental office or in a call center environment.
3. Bilingual preferred
