Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Make outbound calls to dental patients who have pending future appointments
  2. Confirm upcoming appointments at the dental offices.
  3. Attend to inbound calls from patients, as well as third parties who are trying to get in touch with the Corporate staff for business purposes



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Attend to all patient concerns like rescheduling appointments, handling complaints and endorsing other patient issues to the responsible party
  2. Provide as and when administrative support to Marketing staff

1. High school diploma

2. At least 1 year experience in a dental office or in a call center environment.

3.  Bilingual preferred
