Job description
- Work closely with Controller and Finance managers on all financial issues.
- Monthly closing and financial reporting to HQ.
- Responsible for calculating and entering all sales and expenses accruals, journal entries, reconciling and analyzing Balance Sheets.
- Responsible for controlling the accuracy of the AX General Ledger, including analysis of transactions from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory
- Monthly reconciliations (Retail and Operating bank accounts, AP ledger, and balance sheet accruals)
- Analyze and resolve all chargebacks for Retail and Web
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure proper completion of semi-annual and annul audits
- Prepare documentation for tax returns and government reporting(Sales and Use Tax)
- Responsible for the Fixed Asset reporting in AX.
- Monthly Retail analysis in preparation for the monthly Loss Prevention meetings.
Team player. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Analytical and organized.
- 4+ years’ experience in Accounting and Finance department
- Degree in Accounting is required
- CPA -Public Accounting experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of AX and Cognos
- Advanced Excel a MUST.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
