Sr. Sales Manager-North China (EXPAT) Beijing Based - -Full Time Sales in Beijing, China,

 

China Primary Responsibility:

• Responsible of new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory (North China Area).

•

 

Primary responsibility is to sell the company's products, and generally responsible for finding and generating new customers.


• Typically handles more critical accounts or larger territories. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.

• Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary.


• Fully knowledgeable about company products. Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota.

• This position requires frequent overnight travel.

• Knowledge: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.


• Job Complexity:  Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.


• Supervision:  Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

Experience & Education:  Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Marketing and/or service policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills.

• Prefer candidates with experience selling high-end Instruments, but NOT required. Will consider any candidate with Industry Sales experience.


REQUIREMENT:  USA OR CANADA CITIZEN who can Speak, Read and Write Mandarin Chinese.
