Java/J2EE Tech Lead

Duration:  6+ months  ~ Urgent Need!

Targeted Skills & Competencies: At least one end to end experience integrating Siebel application with RTD Experience troubleshooting performance and other issues. Experience and good understanding of RTD architecture in a WebLogic clustered environment Experience integrating RTD service with external facing web application is a plus

Expected Responsibilities: The RTD developer will be the key person supporting all RTD Development, support and RTD environment upgrade/maintenance efforts at TIAA-CREF. RTD developer will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements facilitate design and lead development and deployment. RTD developer will be the mentor for TIAA-CREF resources.

5+ years of overall IT experience working with J2EE platform and Java application development lifecycle Strong core java skills: Java, J2EE, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, J2EE Design Patterns, Web Logic Sever, Workshop/Eclipse IDE 3+ years of experience with designing/developing/implementing RTD inline services 2 – 3 full life cycle RTD implementation experience with RTD version 3.0 and above. RTD 11g preferred. Experience developing and supporting RTD Inline service. 5+ years of Siebel application experience including configuration and integration
