• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and coordinating timely delivery
• Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
