• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
• Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and support each other's success
• Maintain a visually appealing and organised sales environment, ensuring merchandise is presented to the highest standards
• Process and fulfil web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and arranging timely delivery
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through continuous learning and development

• Proven customer service and sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer concerns
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain a professional sales environment
• Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic sales environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to a positive and supportive sales culture
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Malaga, Australia (desirable)
