• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and address customer queries
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed
• Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and organising timely delivery
• Contribute to a professional and organised work environment

• Proven customer service and sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Problem-solving skills and a flexible approach
• Enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in visual merchandising (desirable)
