Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and connect with customers over the phone, through text messaging, email & in person
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Ability to guide guests through our unique Q sales process
  • Build & maintain customer relationships
  • Elead CRM experience
  • Prior auto/retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a new team
  • Willingness to receive feedback and improve skill sets

 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Display a high level of commitment to providing an amazing customer experience
  • Complete classroom and on-going training
  • Guide customers through the unique Q sales process
  • Present vehicles & products in a fun, engaging way
  • Close sales on vehicles and back end products
  • Use Q specific software and systems to complete sales paperwork
  • Continuously improve behaviors and results
