Job Responsibilities

  • Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
  • Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Conducting post-repair follow up
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Continue to maintain Nalley’s value, quality, and integrity Job Qualifications *Ability to work hard with limited supervision
  • Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
  • Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
