The Receiving & Shipping Lead is responsible for the merchandise processing of Appliance Outlet, Repair and Distribution Center merchandise. The Receiving & Shipping Lead is also accountable for accuracy of all in-bound and out-bound documentation and supervision over merchandise ensuring all product is has been received properly and cleaned, deluxed and prepared for sale timely. The Receiving & Shipping Lead is also accountable for inventory shrinkage. The Receiving & Shipping Lead is also a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for The Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices. Leads by example with the highest level of integrity. The Receiving & Shipping Lead must have day, evening and weekend availability to work.

Education: No requirement 1-2 years experience Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs., and use hand wheeled carts to move appliances Computer literacy Strong drive for results Action oriented Strong execution skills Courageous leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Knowledge of store and retail operations Excellent communication skills Ability to pay attention to detail
