Order To Delivery Supervisor

• Coordinates material and production mix requirements to meet production schedules  • Expedites the movement of in-process and/or finished goods  • Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards  • Exercises good cost control measures  • Coordinates and cooperates with other departments to meet production schedules  • Trains, develops, and evaluates employees  • Frequent contact with other outside the work group  • Complies with terms of local and national labor agreements  • Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives  • Must support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals  • Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required  • Supports/implements the QS9000/ISO14001/(GMS) Global Manufacturing System compliance processes 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience  • Demonstrated high level of ability in the areas listed below  • Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex  • Knowledge of unit scheduling and inventory control systems as well as unit products, processes and departmental relationships  • Knowledge of and ability to insure a safe industrial work environment  • Oral and written communication skills  • Minimum high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employee and elicit work output 

Required Education/Training: 

• Minimum  • High School  • Diploma or GED
