PC Field Maintenance Technician - II

Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization - Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance - Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems. - Bachelor�s degree related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in networking in the TCP/IP LAN/WAN environment desired. - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook. 5-7 years of experience
