  • Develop and implement procedures and policies related to curriculum and course materials at the Digital Language Learning Center (DLLC).
  • Supervise, coordinate, and arrange reports related to curriculum and course materials review in the language learning area.
  • Supervise quality control processes in curriculum and course materials review for all language learning.
  • Coordinate and supervise materials update process materials in the digital language learning area.
  • Recap SME compensation and create honorarium recapitulation report
  • Ensure compliance of various processes with related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) (i.e., curriculum, course materials review, development of digital language learning program)
  • Ensure that all documentation and subsequent revisions are reviewed and approved by authorized personnel.
  • Ensure documentation and records are legible, dated, identifiable, and orderly to prevent damage, loss, and deterioration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in planning workshops/training for curriculum and course materials development.
  • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

  • Minimum master’s degree (S2) in Language Studies, Language Teaching, or Linguistics.

Work Exposure/ Experience • Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or

  • Minimum 4 years working experience

Special Skills/ Certification

  • Proficient in English, as demonstrated by any of the following tests: TOEFL ITP 550 / TOEFL iBT 95 / IELTS 7 / Duolingo Test 130.
  • Experienced in language curriculum design and development
  • Leadership skills
  • Communicative, innovative, cooperative
