Reward & Benefits Planning and Strategy

  • Conduct annual reward and benefits review to ensure they are market aligned and competitive within the industry comparators.
  • Propose recommendation to the policies development or policies review, ensuring the compliance with government/local regulation and organization’s guidelines.
  • Design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy, and programs including work/life balance programs.
  • Develop, evaluate, improve and communicate methods and techniques for data collection, data analysis and data quality.
  • Analyze different components of the reward & benefits scheme in the organization across the region and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop reward and benefits plans and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments, controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
  • Partner with Reward & Benefits Operation team in designing an appropriate reward & benefits packages to recruit and retain talent.
  • Support all reward and benefits planning processes in collaboration with Operations Reward & Benefits team. Other Activities:
  • Provide periodic report to direct supervisor.
  • Perform activities related to quality management system.
  • Complete special projects, as assigned. • Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform BINUS’ employees about reward and benefits program.
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information. General Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any majors Work Exposure/ Experience: • Have minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or 4 years working experience in related area Special Skill: • Have knowledge in PPh 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulation, Labor Laws
