Salary, Benefits and Bonus Payment
- Administer and process accurately the monthly salary/ benefits/ bonus payment based on scheduled payment.
- Prepare all data related to salary/ overtime/ benefits/ BPJS JHT/ BPJS Kesehatan/ BPJS Pensiun / bonus payment and reports. Personal Income Tax Report:
- Arrange and update all data related to tax (NPWP).
- Prepare and distribute annual personal income tax report (Surat Pemotongan Pajak Tahunan/ SPT). Outsource Payment:
- Verify and process invoice from outsource company according to contract agreed.
- Review and liaise with outsource company if there’s any change in government rules and regulations based on BINUS needs. Part time employees Payment:
- Receive, check and verify the part time calculations.
- Arrange payment process in coordination with Finance Division
- Produce reports related to the utilization of part time budget to other BU and Divisions BPJS Ketenagakerjaan:
- Arrange and update all data related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Mediate between BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees’ BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office related to its process. Employees Agreement/Contract:
- Monitor and handle the correspondence for employee’s agreement/ contract which will be expired.
- Prepare and administer employee’s agreement/contract making and renewal.
- Filling all employee’s agreement/contract records. Employee Loan: • Receive and administer employee loan request.
- Arrange the approval process for all requests. Employee Data:
- Maintain records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee records. Other activities:
- Maintain communication system to promote understanding of reward and benefit programs and practice for all BINUS’ employees.
- Handle and participate in other reward & benefits programs.
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor.
- Analyze and suggest improvement process related to reward activities.
- Perform activities related to quality management system.
- Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.
General Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any majors Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience in related area Special Skill: • Have knowledge in PPh 21, Labor Laws
