Human Capital Consultative Service:
- Provide information and communicate Human Capital policy/regulation and other Human Capital related decisions for all respective parties.
- Act as liaison for inquiries regarding Human Capital policies and procedures to respective person.
- Provide consultative solution for all employees’ requests or complaint that related with Human Capital matters. Human Capital Operation:
- Process document and forms necessary for the implementation of various Human Capital policies, programs, plans, procedures, and practices.
- Administer and monitor absenteeism and lateness of staff attendance.
- Administer and Monitor leave and Brief absence request.
- Record medical claims.
- Execute and monitor expatriate formalities process and requirement.
- Administer arrangement of Business trip for expatriate staff regarding Indonesian working visa application and Exit Permit Only (EPO) arrangement purposes (coordination with Employee Relations department/ other parties).
- Administer accommodation arrangement for expatriate.
- Execute Tax ID processing in for expatriate in the Indonesian Tax Office.
- Prepare reports regarding Staff Absence, Staff Leave, and Expatriate Formalities, etc.
- Provide administrative information regarding Human Capital processes (medical claim, leave request, staff absence, expatriate formalities).
- Maintain all necessary records and file to support review/audit (Staff Leave Request & Approval, Brief Absence, Insurance Medical Forms).
- Handles details of meeting / communication session arrangements for Human Capital Representative Department.
- Perform all reimbursement process in respective Business Unit by coordinating with related units.
- Participate in taking improvement steps in Human Capital Representative department programs & policies. General Activities:
- Execute all necessary actions in accordance with existing rules and mechanism in order to comply with all quality management system.
- Suggest improvement process related to Human Capital Representative activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned from direct supervisor.
- Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required.
General Requirement: • Minimum bachelor (S1) degree in any relevant background Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience in related area
Special Skill:
- Secretarial and Intercultural skills, ISO Documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
