Job description
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in a revenue stream environment
- Excellent organizational skills, team work, problem solving and communication capabilities
- Ability to work with individuals of all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated initiative and self-management
- Solid understanding of processes/policies for project management combined with experience in manufacturing disciplines
- Familiar with Finance metrics and proven ability to value projects
- Capacity to multi-task with a proven track record of meeting deadlines for simultaneous projects
- Great attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Competency in Productivity and Project Management Software applications including MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, et al.
- Capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Passion and knowledge of the musical instrument business
- Black belt six sigma certification is a plus
- PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
