We are recruiting for 2 Water Connections Customer Advisors based in Lincoln, to support the Developer Services Connections Manager in providing a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers.
In this varied role, you’ll provide a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers who require a connection to Anglian Water’s existing water infrastructure. You’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for ensuring that all customer communications are positive and constructive, ensuring customer satisfaction and that decisions are made with commercial focus.
You’ll handle customer calls, investigating and processing email and postal enquiries based on customer or departmental demand. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our management systems and running daily reports to identify completed inspections so jobs can be progressed to the contractors for connection completion for our customers.

What does it take to be a Water Connections Customer Advisor?
Ideally experience of using various IT systems
Experience in a customer focused and administrative role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise varying workloads
Experience of providing excellent customer service and have an empathetic nature which comes naturally to you
To be a confident communicator at all levels
Having a commercial interest and understanding of our business will assist you in this role
