Candidates must have 7+ Years  of Technical Architecture experience and 5+ Years  of Java Technical Architecture experience.

7+ Years of  experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) following the Rational Unified Process (RUP)

7+ Years  of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions.

7+ Years  of experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments

5+ Years  of experience developing Java Web Services

4+ Years  of experience in using the Struts 2.0 framework

4+ Years  of experience working with IBM Rational Clear Case

1 year of experience in integrating with IBM FileNet
