Senior System Administrator

• BA/BS in CS, MIS or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience supporting the following is preferred:
• Server OS: Microsoft Windows 2000 / 2003R2 / 2008R2 Active Directory and 2012R2
• Messaging: Exchange 2010, BES, and ProofPoint
• Desktop OS: Windows XP and Windows 7
• Backup: Symantec Backup Exec 11 or higher; EMC Avamar
• Anti-Virus: Symantec Endpoint Anti-Virus 11 or higher
• Deployment tools: SCCM
• Minimum of four years’ experience installing, configuring, administration and managing
• Storage: EMC (Unisphere, Centera, Celerra, VNX, and Data Domain) and Sun StorageTek SAN
• Virtualization: VMWare ESX
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting server hardware (Dell and HP preferred)
• Microsoft/VMware certifications preferred
• A Highly self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing and delivering results on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must be able and willing to take on leadership role
