Job description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique insurance needs for EB and offering tailored solutions.
- Analyze client insurance portfolios, assess risk exposure, and recommend adjustments or enhancements to coverage during clients renewal process.
- Oversee EB insurance renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and proactively addressing any changes or challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout clients' policy journey including claims process and endorsement process, then coordinate internally with operation team to handle client requests.
- Facilitate efficient resolution towards any clients inquiries and be the advocate for client interest
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
- Provide value adding relationship to clients and such as coordinating wellness program
- Must have minimum 5 years as Employee Benefit Account Manager or have client servicing experience or equivalent in Insurance Company or Brokers. Additional insurance education or designation preferred
- Must have experience for maintaining employee benefit on large company
- Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product
- Must be proficient in Ms Office and preparing presentation
- Must be highly organised and work well in team environment. Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business
