Senior Manager, HR IT

s a Program Manager in the Strategic HR Programs and Projects team, you will partner with the HRLT locally and globally to evaluate the HR processes end to end , identify opportunities and develop and implement solutions .You will support large scale, global transformation projects related to revamping HR processes/ procedures to enhance employee experience and drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating HR processes, requirement gathering, identifying the areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including end to end project management

• Apply analytical skills and critical thinking to recognize potential resolutions for identified improvement opportunities

• Effectively communicate & engage global process owners & leaders to ensure integrated & consistent focus on solution design and delivery

Required Skills

• MBA Degree preferable in HR specialization

• 8+ years of work experience in any HR Transformation Teams/ HR Consulting Teams
