1、能深入理解公司业务战略、人力资源战略和相对应的人才数量和质量的需求，制定合理、有效的招聘需求计划 2、建立并完善招聘制度和流程，根据公司年度人力资源计划调查、收集、分析各部门的用人需求，通过各类渠道实施招聘工作；； 3、协助上级制定公司招聘解决方案，做好招聘渠道的开发和维护工作； 4、负责关键岗位人才的胜任力模型建设、人才梯队建设、能够配合业务进行人才盘点、选拔、培养等； 5、负责建立同行业人脉圈，加强市场信息收集，发掘并建立适合我公司所用的行业人才招聘库； 6、能和用人部门保持常态有效沟通，从HR角度提供专业意见，帮助用人部门招聘到合适匹配的人才。 7、执行所支持部门的各模块人力资源工作，协助业务部门提升组织绩效活动； 8、协助贯彻企业文化、政策及流程在所支持部门的执行； 9、辅助加强员工沟通管理，畅通公司与员工的双向沟通渠道； 10、其它人力资源支持工作
