Job description
- Responsible for the writing and publishing of artist's daily and event manuscripts, the operation of artist's new media account, and actively communicate and coordinate with the media, magazines, and newspapers to ensure the effectiveness and quality of publicity;
- Responsible for the contact and follow-up of artist publicity announcements, the expansion, docking and execution of business activities, and the maintenance and update of external information;
- Responsible for the promotion of artist-related projects and the content planning and execution of the overall marketing plan;
- Responsible for the maintenance and communication of fans, effectively improving stickiness and loyalty.

1、能深入理解公司业务战略、人力资源战略和相对应的人才数量和质量的需求,制定合理、有效的招聘需求计划 2、建立并完善招聘制度和流程,根据公司年度人力资源计划调查、收集、分析各部门的用人需求,通过各类渠道实施招聘工作;; 3、协助上级制定公司招聘解决方案,做好招聘渠道的开发和维护工作; 4、负责关键岗位人才的胜任力模型建设、人才梯队建设、能够配合业务进行人才盘点、选拔、培养等; 5、负责建立同行业人脉圈,加强市场信息收集,发掘并建立适合我公司所用的行业人才招聘库; 6、能和用人部门保持常态有效沟通,从HR角度提供专业意见,帮助用人部门招聘到合适匹配的人才。 7、执行所支持部门的各模块人力资源工作,协助业务部门提升组织绩效活动; 8、协助贯彻企业文化、政策及流程在所支持部门的执行; 9、辅助加强员工沟通管理,畅通公司与员工的双向沟通渠道; 10、其它人力资源支持工作
