Overview Are you looking to kick start you career within the global biotech business? Utilize your Master’s degree and join our 2-year Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) graduate program. The CE&O Graduate Program will give you a unique opportunity to put your skills to the test in a global context, and help develop a broad set of hard and soft business competencies, by working in in 3 different roles over 2 years. The program seeks to give talents who have graduated from their Master’s degree, or will be graduating shortly, the chance to kick start their careers, with the intention of creating the next generation of leaders in Biogen. About the CE&O Graduate Program Biogen employees within Customer Excellence & Operations work within a wide array of different fields and processes, from Customer & Market Insights (CMI) and Multichannel Excellence (MCE), to Field Force Excellence (FFE) and Data & Analytics (D&A). While roles and responsibilities vary significantly, we all share the same commitment to excellence and the drive to ensure we provide patients with the best possible care.

The program is designed for recent graduates to work closely with leadership in CE&O, learning from established mentors and developing an international network of outstanding colleagues. The rotations are planned to match the Graduate’s development needs and the organization’s business requirements, to ensure graduates add value and develop into leading biotech business professionals over the course of the 2 years.

The role During the 2-year CE&O program you will undertake three rotations. Two rotations will take place in our International HQ in Baar, while one rotation will be in one of our EU+ affiliates. The EU+ region covers Europe, Canada and International Partner Markets.

Rotation 1 Working in our international HQ in Baar with Customer & Market Insights, you will focus on qualitative and quantitative data analysis, aimed at generating value adding insights that support management decision-making across the EU+ region. Tasks range from management reporting, long range forecasting, competitive intelligence, brand planning & strategic marketing analysis.

Rotation 2 In the second rotation, graduates will remain in Baar, moving into the Multichannel Excellence team. The position will focus on regional planning and development of digital capabilities that enhance our overall digital customer engagement strategy and approach. You will be responsible for the successful development, implementation and management of existing digital channels and addition of new digital channels to communicate with Biogen’s customers.

Rotation 3 The third rotation will be in one of our EU+ affiliates, working within local CE&O function. The affiliate rotation is considered fundamental, and gives the graduate the unique opportunity to work within one of our larger sales & marketing affiliates, developing a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, key market dynamics, and, ultimately, a deep understanding of what drives our business performance.

A recent master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as business management, finance, economics or a scientific discipline. We prefer candidates with a demonstrated track record of interdisciplinary studies and relevant work experience. We are looking for
