Job description
Supports in reviewing / monitoring local contracts and Purchasing Orders to ensure compliance and meet all documentation needs, collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the business needs at the affiliate.
Supports in monitoring affiliate training needs, following up on individual training status, triaging training inquiries, arranging training sessions, streamlining Biogen Canada documentation collection.
Assists in post-implementation effectiveness check on global initiatives, including but not limited to drafting communications, feedback surveys, additional training sessions.
Assists in preparing for internal/external audit, quarterly compliance monitoring and post audit/monitoring activities tracking.
Contributes to and participates in a variety of activities when needed to support new initiatives across the affiliate (e.g. Webpage for Biogen Canada, retiring unused documents, etc.)
- Min. of 3 years experience in business administrative or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly compliance and regulated environment
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication / relationship buildi
The Standards & Contract Management coordinator role will provide support to both standards & governance and contract management tasks at the affiliate level.
This position is a one year fixed term contract
