Job description
The position holder is expected to act within the MS-Portfolio team at all times and motivate and support all extended team members.
- Implement country Portfolio strategy, ensure alignment with Global strategy
- Support the development of Portfolio marketing strategy and coordinate the Portfolio marketing activities in the country
- Drive and ensure local adaption to MS Portfolio corporate branding
- Develop close relationships and projects with Key Opinion Leaders
- Drive market expansion in alignment with country strategy
- Drive the Portfolio Management and branding
- Close collaboration with Product PR and Medical
- Close collaboration with sales e.g. communicate and effectively work out new strategies and activities with / for the sales team, train the SF
- Recognition, documentation and reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints to Drug Safety Germany or the responsible service center according to local SOPs
Main responsibilities
- Support – together with the Brand Team – a 3 year strategic plan / Brand Plan including forecasting in alignment with Global Strategy everything in accordance with the Local rules for Marketing and all in alignment with country strategy
- Give marketing support to the sales organization,feedback the needs to the rest of the organization and take an active role in sharing best practice between markets, functions and products
- Take the strategy into tactic through campaigns, marketing material, national projects, PR and Marketing Access projects. Verify and adopt CME event strategy, coordinate event at congresses and other meetings. Collaboration with other departments, ex. PR, Sales and Medical, on specific projects.
- Responsible for competitor intelligence and gather and spread information regarding competitors to your product.

Minimum experience required for this position
- Preferably at least 2 years Pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical brand management experiences, preferably in the Neurology/CNS area

This position will be responsible for the development of marketing programs targeted towards physicians (main focus), patients/nurse (interface function) and other allied health professionals and to deliver and advise impactul marketing strategies and aligned innovative tactical programs (within a defined budget) for the MS-Portfolio.
