SFE/Training Manager

The successful candidate will support the Training and Field Force Excellence efforts in close partnership with the Sales Leadership Team and will add value by providing insight, leadership, and oversight of key, high impact Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives. This includes but is not limited to developing Sales Force Effectiveness Plans aligned with Global, supporting the development of the sales force towards Sales Excellence, managing roll out of Sales Force Automation tools and implement specific training programs to field based teams.

In this  role, he or she will also lead medium and long term strategic projects that aim to ensure the growth and sustainability of the local business .

Main responsibilities

Develop and implement trainings driving sales excellence

Manage roll out of Sales Force Automation tools

Coordinate Sales Meetings

Cooperate with Global & EU+ Sales Force Effectives
