Sr Manager, Product Owner

As a quarterback of solution management, the Product Owner is responsible for understanding the needs of the users, markets and business leaders and the strategic direction of BHS, and leading a cross functional program of conception (design, UX/UI), engineering and marketing to launch and maximize the lifecycle of a solution

• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements in the forms of Epics, Themes and Stories.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities to maximize results
• Understanding knowledge of the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer, leverage product analytics to identify improvement opportunties and evolutions.
• Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
• 8+ years of experience in leading full scope engineering of advanced and multi market digital solutions• Master’s degree
