Job description
In this role you will be responsible for leading the marketing of a key product in the therapeutic area of Multiple Sclerosis and creating extra customer value through portfolio marketing activities.
You will drive the overall customer experience in close collaboration with a cross-functional team, including the Area Business Managers, and through the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities o Generates customer and competitive insights to identify priority needs and develops corresponding marketing programs o Defines metrics to track execution of marketing programs and to measure impact o Leads product cross-functional team, operationally and for the customer planning processes o Energizes all internal stakeholders and field force to generate a superior customer value o Educates internal stakeholders on value of products and strategic priorities. o Engages with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs) to validate the added value information and initiatives. o Respects the allocated cost budget and ensures an efficient use of resources o Supports the development of a portfolio marketing strategy and coordinates local portfolio marketing activities o Connects with International organization and leverages EU implemented materials to decline locally o Aligns with the global strategy and the local and internal Biogen corporate guidelines/SOPs o Provides support to Logistics and the warehouse for adequate inventory planning o Responsible for competitor intelligence; monitors also market dynamics and broader environment o Close collaboration with the Medical Department on various projects
o Scientific, medical or paramedical background o Several years of experience in pharma industry; understanding of local customer & market dynamics o Successful experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in a Specialty care environment o Strong
