Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs, and to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to assess capabilities and to identify solution options.
- Provide lead role for evaluating and selecting technologies that meets business requirements
- Document business process, requirements, specifications, and testing scripts as per the standard SDLC processes.
- Ensure system changes are fully compliant with IT change controls process and executed in a timely manner
- Provide oversight and/or hands-on testing depending on the size of the projects, ensuring all types of testing is completed successfully.
- Provide lead role to coordinate and deliver smaller initiatives.
- Partner with HR stakeholder to establish and enhance HR Analytics capabilities that can drive actionable insights.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement opportunities leveraging new technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation to streamline Enterprise On- & Off-boarding, Service Management on ServiceNow platform, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences with varying degrees of background in the subject.

Our HRIT team is looking for Sr. IT Business Analyst to join our group. This role will be working with other HRIT team members on exciting opportunities to enable HR services in support of overall Biogen strategy. Some of the key HR initiatives is to leverage technology to streamlines processes, and to gain actionable insights based on data.
